Walked to this spot while visiting family at the hospital. Pretty quick service (and there was a line). Order was almost correct. I ordered the Bacon & Gruyere Egg Bites, Carmel Ribbon Crunch for my son and Cha Tea. All was correct and tasty except my tea was not extra hot, as ordered, it was lukewarm.
There was also a puddle of water on the floor in front of the ordering counter and the pick up counter was dirty. -

Of the million Starbucks in the world this is another one. Overall, of the million Starbucks in the world this one is pretty good.
This is one of the early Starbucks to have arrive in the Southbay. Even though it's been around for a long time, it has stayed clean, modern, and accommodating to its customers.
This Starbucks has a nice location. It is located in an outdoor shopping facility. Thus, it has a very large parking lot where parking spaces are easy to access. Plus, you can easily drive into the lot off of either Torrance Boulevard or Hawthorne Boulevard and grab a space.
The interior of this Starbucks is well-designed with many tables. The also have nice outdoor seating. The staff here is always nice and friendly. Overall, if you're looking to get what Starbucks has to offer, this is a good place to do just that. -

Arrived at 10pm on a Thursday night, an hour before closing. Two tables were taken outside, and there were about 12 people inside, with the majority studying with their laptops.
As I mentioned, there was still an hour before closing, yet the staff was hard at work closing the joint. Workers were taking the trash out. The pastry display case was empty and being cleaned. There was no obvious cashier as all hands on deck were doing closing activities.
To their credit, someone acknowledged me with a friendly smile and let me know someone would take my order, which she did 3 seconds later. The cashier was friendly also as well as the barista, so kudos for that.
However, nothing suggests that customers "please leave" than cleaning up the entire place, which also happens to be loud and disruptive.
Pro-tip: Only come here an hour before closing if you like disruptive noises and being under stress. -

Stopped by this Starbucks on a Saturday morning on my way to my early morning spin class. I was a little skeptical to stop since there was no drive thru but stopped anyway as i was desperate for a little caffeine rush. I was astounded with amazing customer service! Joanna was sooo nice, took my order quick and was super friendly! My coffee was also made perfectly
